Good supportive team i got. Cafeteria is a big one. Overal our company is doing a great job towards the society. Also giving us rooms for staying.. Love to be with TAJ.

...e are staying for last 5+months, different types of food should also be there.. Don't know this year salary hike or other appraisals are there on this covid situation .. Hope for the best.

...agement is transparent .There is a huge cafeteria & gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good, appraisals are fair & they give good salary hike & bonus every year .

There is a lot of politics &the management doesn ' t address our issues.salary ids decent but career groth is slow .There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees .

Hole lockdown we work for our company but who worked for hotel in lockdown period they dint get full salary and also taj fund also so sad for us but whoever not work in lockdown they get taj fund upto 30000

Taj club house 5*hotel well group, good working place management people only some problems, otherwise, good salary, yearly bonus, job security very poor.

Taj club house in management in side lots of politics, Taj hotel was well group, salary no problem, no promotion, extra duty hours 10 and 11 hours daily ,

Toxic work culture. They are just ruined the TATA name l, micro managments,less salary,more working hours,even if u have take ur PL or Off u have to buttering ur manager for it, HR is useless after lot of complain they did not take any action against the manager even for harresment also.
