They are not doing anything for their employees Especially our hotel

They are deducting 40% salary from april and this deduction will continue till October. With a salary of 10000 (approx) it will be very difficult for us to survive in different state away from home for work and feed our family.

Toxic work culture. They are just ruined the TATA name l, micro managments,less salary,more working hours,even if u have take ur PL or Off u have to buttering ur manager for it, HR is useless after lot of complain they did not take any action against the manager even for harresment also.

Nothing to like about this company. Worst company to work for. Women are not safe in this company in Taj lands there were camras found in the ladies washroom and the hr department was begging us to not file a police complaint against them to same their brand image.

...afe here then what's the use of this company, why such a big name a hollow name. Other than this long working hours with no extra pay. Less salary more work, no training just you are put to work straight away.

...all happy with work n timeing . But more happy to work this company in odc . Odc was earning more salary . Company is best . Thanks to God and my friend they help for me lot in my work .

Odc was earning above cdp salary . In this company. Senior not at all happy . Salary is very less n less ware I work .in other taj hotel r best salary.

My mentor was very supportive and there were a few seniors/colleagues that helped discover new avenues of my profession. And I did get to learn quite a bit from my fellow employees

Dislikes

The work life balance was non-existent. The management was unsupportive and the pay to labour ratio was terrible. Overall taj needs to work a lot on how they handle mismanagement, employee shortages and busy seasons. Because during my time there, all I saw were frustrated unsatisfied employees who were burnt out due to constantly high expectations but not support from the company in terms of resources or facilities.
