Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The company Taiin was the fully construction both civil and structural , head office was located in pune, maharastra, its a MNC company. I have good experiance in this comapny and learnt lot of things , good supporting for freshers from higher officials and couleages , i am so happy to got this oppertunity. Present i was working in the same company in KIA MOTORS, Penukonda, anantapuramu, andhra pradesh.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high, actually its a korean company, project managers was korean person only, he was good work minded person, but he will give too much work pressure mentally, its very difficult to work with him, except this person, i like everything in this company.
