Hospital is supporting woman empowerment.

Dislikes

Need to focus more in employee satisfaction and rating for the supervisor. Most of the resignation based on the repeated degrading and humiliation from the supervisors. Need to place qualified persons in each department and to do background verification of there work experience and certification.
