... no job security provided in this school. PRINCIPAL is just money minded person. Teacher's didn't even get salary on time.

A person cannot have personal life everyone in this school interfaires alot

I had a very great experience. As it was my first school job, I learnt so many new things. The whole staff is very helpful. In addition, the management group of the school is excellent.Work pressure was also not very high.We all worked happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation was less and there was not much scope of growth.There are 7-8 people in top level management so here they lack unity of command due to which everyone had to suffer in staff.It sometimes lead to conflicts too.

Likes

Teaching to students nothing else. They are not at all supportive , sometimes salary is not given , sometimes it's only 40%

Dislikes

Politics is on peak. Management is not at all in favor of hard workers only favour given to those who have high approach. No growth no opportunities not at all answerable or helpfull to any emergency situation if happen to teacher on medical ground like chronical disease
