This organisation is the right choice if you don't expect salary much. Because they wont credit salary on time, over work burden since there aren't no adequate staffs. Most IMPORTANTLY there is no respect/dignity to Nurses. 12 k is the basic + 500 as per your experience

Talking about job security it's 0/10 Work culture is if you're service minded and there for patients it's not a place for you. Management is rude.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Actually speaking they can improve better, they just don't want to. They're keeping the doctors who do good politics rather than the doctor who does his job.
