...o respect for hard work and efforts Pressurize the employees to the worst level Salary and appraisal will very less Ask you to work 24/7 No proper plannings for tasks If you need to avail casual leaves, you need to beg. No appreciation for your works Skill development and learning was 0% Worst office management. They don't care about employees health and wealth. You can't utilise your personal life.

No Likes except the Salary and for that I have to live. Working here is difficult to live.

Dislikes

CEO Sandeep Bagaria is destroying the Organization by interfering in everything, extremely harsh during meetings amd ill treats his employees. Many directors and Managers left the org because of the CEO's ill treatment and pathetic HR policies. They will never make new joiners as permanent since they will be in a plan to fire them anytime. I would advise people not to join here and waste your career growth.

Good team mates, platform for good carrier growth, better salary and appresial, good working culture apart from work they take care about employees and they enjoyment for that they arrange different activities. CEO is having great vision for this company. They have good projects but please go through bad comments also. I personally experienced worst experience

Dislikes

Work culture and professionalism is bad. Team has more toxicity and no KT will be given for juniors. No job security. People will think themselves as CEO and use their position to misuse canditates profile
