I love the fact that I am a part of TagFact. TagFact is having a good work culture and can learn new things. For Freshers TagFact is good company. Team leaders are also really good.

Dislikes

One thing is that the travel and Salary. For Freshers it will be a good package.

Managers and leaders are very supportive as it looks like they have grown in this organization from the lower level. The team provides a collaborative learning space for members and tries to address any concerns proactively.

Lack of proper Admin and IT support.

Received WFH, there has been work-life balance, no pressure during weekends, and never extended after the working hours. Teammates have been quite cooperative. Overall, contented.

Bias towards older employees.

2 weekends off because they left nothing.

They are terminating people whoever they want to ,I saw regional biasness, managers aren't good they all don't have any idea what they are doing and also they pressurize employees for doing something, they don't take any feedbacks, they will always point you for everything. Don't go to start you career as it minght give you the false belief that all companies are same, no corporate ethics, no professionalism.
