When I was working in the organization, we had a very good rapport with the onsite team as well as more support from the Vice President and the Team Head. I would love to work with the organization if I get the opportunity once again.

Dislikes

For the past two years, the team reporting was changed to different head and he was not supported to the team and also we have raised the issue with the management team as well as the HR team but there was no positive response from them as well. Also now the team was collapsed and gone everything.

Likes

Actually, I'm working on a team and supporting other colleagues by providing training in new technologies. Leave policies are also good.

Dislikes

The senior manager is not good; he has zero knowledge about technologies and no respect for employees. He is doing some politics with the HR department.
