For me there is a nice work place. It is a very good place for gain excellent knowledge about engine and engine assembly .A very good opportunity for DET to improve your skills, knowledge and experience.there is also a chance of promotion based on your performance. This company's staff is very good.

salary is low for Diploma engineer trainee and less increment per annum.other wise is very good place.

...environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and th management is too bad . Company policies are not good not give a good salary and not give bonus . Not job security

There is a lot of poltics and the management doesn't address our issues.not give a good salary and career growth is slow.on the job only training role to new joinees like NEEM Trainee, DET etc .

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.the wark pressure is very high .sometimes I have to wark 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Good working environment. Very decent salary packages depends upon your designations if you are in company payroll. Good learning opportunities and skill developments for both fresher and experienced persons.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Manager level peoples get work from his below reporting peoples and showing to Senior management. I was worked in tafe for 3 years in Bangalore plant. Quality manager Mr.Chandrashekar is doesn't having technical knowledge and working more than 10 years. He is having good in politics and become sr.engineer to sr.manager. Worst manager I have seen in my life. There is no support from him and we need work like a robot for him.
