Company supporting good not 100% but rules are good to ware mask inside the company should not remove at any place until eating time , providing hand sanitizer while entering into the company,and also they check the temperature will entering,good working environment

Should have been emproved better like providing mask every day ,they are providing one day use mask medical mask but weekly twice only ,in other company they providing daily ,if it's possible can provide it to us otherwise not bad at all

In production(CNC) department There is now respect for human inhumanity very poor safety of old mechanism bad working experience ever

Taeyang was started in 2007 and this is the only company , it offers frequent job opening in mechanical, I would it's god gift to any fresher's . Even though it's a MNC company the work pressure and environment support worker and also it finds good talented individuals to next level by providing frequent training, at last after working about 4 years , if your mechanical fresher's with average mark this is right choice, but salary point still there is a lagging in comparing to other mechanical companies still low. The main components produced are nut and bolt , full steering assembly unit, ims shafts with assembly unit. The main customer of taeyang metal are 1.hundyai, 2.general motor 3. Mahendra 4. Nissan.
