...ere is a huga cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policy are good . appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus ever year.

There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues salary decent but career growth is slow.

The company has potential to achieve greater milestones. You can achieve those along with company too. There's no boundation for anyone to grow in any field. Quite open working culture. Best company for a beginner. Learning exposure is so so good.

Korean person understands the problems, but can't help to solution. If you are multitasking and physical work experience then join.

Poor HR policy, No digitalized system, No training and development of future.

It is not safe for females ,even there is no job security.If you have good bond with your manager then he will support you otherwise they will plan for termination . There is no POSH male HR manager used to for such favours. I will request please don't join Taehwa . Worst working culture and toxic for females .

HR Department I had worked in HR department and manager was worst .he want to get favours from females if you are not supporting the he has started torture or harassment

Corrupt Management, no system for annual appraisal, Every year employees are fired due to seasonal goods manufacturing.

MD used to beat QA Manager in weekly meetings, he shouts alott and even loose his temper to throw whatever is in his hands. No leadership and no vision.
