... also give me threat that if i don't give resignation they will terminate me ... Even they take 3months toh sattel my salary and they give me half of the salary ... Even they force me to give resignation with in my provisional period

They force people to resign as they can't provide salary. Very toxic culture. HR Manager is irresponsible, incompetent. She spread toxicity all over the office. Management person are just like a doll. Too much office politics. Don't go Tablt if you value self respect and wish to learn.

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arecade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

In this company you can learn work, but in case of promotion and salary increment they are not supporting you in any case. They make their work completed, but not giving you any promotions.

There is a job security and yoy have to work with an authority mode, you have to be a multitasking and behave like you are the CEO

In a startup company you found a lots of loop holes. So you have to tackle with those problems.
