My role is JUNIOR EXECUTIVE and i have done customer interactions and loan sanctioned and its like a data entry type of job this job was very good and my teammates are very supportive always support to me in the work . There is a huge work and gaming arcade for chilling .

There is a lot of issues about salary and carrer growth and some times not preferred as on employee

Company is good but on top level and big cities offices only

...ing There is lots of miscommunication and lies told in induction training aboit company which is totally false when joining salary is too low for management Trainee also there is force fully pressure for target and business if able to do then they forced you to resign even you are in learning phase and probation Basically hire as an Management Trainee but treated as like junior executives

Best Working culture, seniors very supportive, friendly, lots of learning, we get a chance to explore ourself, lots of opportunities for learning new things. Equal treatment. Treating as one family.

...nough per year but salary increment is poor. it does not meet our requirements . Salary hike very low.

Good for that people who is allready settled, they want to job just for nominally, bcg Salary structure is too pure. Promotion is too pure here is only polytics.. but company is wonderful stability job.. who work here he knows wervell.

If you join this company as a Management Trainee then after 1 year they will absorve you at any managerial position.

Politics Less educated managers with traditional and narrow mindset Very less pay No proper promotion Long working hrs Sometimes you have to work on Sunday also
