Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good. They give good salary hike and bonus every year

Salary is decent but carrer growth is slow

Colleagues and my superiors were really friendly and well mannered. Always helpful and supportive. Great work life balance and good exposure to work in a start up

The communication from top management to the ground staff can be bettered. Else no such complaints at all .

As everything has cons and pros. I am working since more than 3 yrs with this company in their own homemade brand peppermill. Which has good menu on where we do work to satisfy customers...because there are creativities in each dish to make it fulfill contemporary modern. But there is lack of management to running peppermill brand only. First of all, clients are not our assets..that are only our employees which are every company s life line...but here is vice versa. All junior staff has not proper care here that is why customers starts to look awkward imbalance service experience here. But management dont want to look onto this they only need sale and bussiness. There are also a huge damp passage for this company which cant be written here. As i told here previous that i am working since 3 years so there are no any career development programes here too which are compulsary for everyone s goal.

I write all on top about this company. Yet there are some facilites here but that doesnt make everyone here fulfill. I think someone should look on management where corruptions getting twice and twice day by day. People here only caring about to lose there job profiles not for company.
