The Only good thing about TS is that when you enter, you will be paid handsome hike.
Dislikes
Almost everything else (minus the salary). You're expected to work round the clock & respond to calls / messages almost instantly. You forget that you're a human being & tend to be awake all the time.
If the work doesn't kill you here, the instability / uncertainty will.
All people are nice if don't have any work with them or they are not related to your department.
Dislikes
1. No appreciation.
2. No growth.
3. No respect.
4. No recognition.
5. Alway pressure.
6. All blem will be transferred to lower team.
7. No support at all.
8. You can't express your concern.
9. You will blem for anything.
10. You have to be available at any given point.
11. No one cares about your thoughts.
12. You can't use your professional skills.
13. No management support to achieve goals.
14. You should work for all the department of required but it will not be appropriated.
15. You should be ready to get scroll for all your faults.

Leaving the company was the best thing.
Dislikes
The entire management thrives on Toxicity, and this starts from the top (COO) Everyone in the system is insecure about their roles and this gets passed on down the line. The CXO who are supposed to set the work culture just fail terribly in doing so and spread their insecurities down the line in a very toxic manner. They have no respect what so ever for people reporting to them. Its like the CXO's do not have any ears, it's just one way traffic. The company needs to understand that people are their strength and work on them. The hire and fire culture that they nurse will not take them far.
It’s a top heavy company with very less people to execute work on ground. Poor appraisal, no work life balance, job insecurity, vendors are not paid mostly results in terrible on ground performance.
Toxic culture. There were and still there are mass terminations. Don't know why the management recruits manpower and then lays them off. Please guys don't choose this organization. Very unsecure job.
