The company understood the importance of people and team so the focus was to hire best talent in the industry.Company has always been in expansion mode so this department had a very crucial role. We were trained and frequently had meetings with the management which were always insightful. Best place to work.

My experience and company’s requirements matched. This gave me an edge and enthusiasm to work for the company. Company’s inclination towards digital was something that led me to go for the role. Indeed I had a in depth experience in handling the IT systems and put in place new finance softwares. Very employee friendly environment.

All 4 Saturdays were working for our team as we had to do the maintenance and repairs when it’s off for other departments.

Positive work environment. For operations, requisite software was in place and team training was excellent. Disbursement formalities were well executed. Enthusiastic team. Visionary management.

Working in Ops department in this company was a good experience. Post sanction formalities was taken care by me and my team mates. Maintenance of records of all branches and updating the same in the internal system, verification of loan documents & disbursement - everything was system oriented done on the loan management software. It was a great learning experience. Supportive management and colleagues.
