Best work culture One can work here for long tenure. I found very healthy and positive work environment. Everyone is supportive and helpful. An employee get growth opportunities here. Founders are very supportive and open to suggestions.

This is the best place to be in the initial years of your career. The team comprises of dynamic youngsters and the office environment is very lively. While the team is young, everyone is very supportive of each other. The company takes the employee experience very seriously - every new recruit is formally or informally assigned a buddy to ensure they have an easy transition into their roles. There are ample growth opportunities for those with the hunger to learn. For a young organization, the learnings one acquires are pretty significant, considering people are given the independence to lead the workstreams they have expertise in. Bonus - The office has a sea-facing view :).
