It is a good company but the learning scope is limited to CMS applications. But for one who keeps exploring on the technologies and bag the technical stack. They can live anywhere For the company of this size around 500 employees the perks they give are very good.

This is common every where like they pay high for the new joinees and forget the existing resources

After acquisition by omnicom, it hasn't been same as before. Work environment depends on project. Once you get into project not much interaction with the leadership/management. Feels like all your efforts go unnoticed,
