... people like anything. They don't care about employees' family situation at all. They earn millions and millions of pounds and don't even pay tax here. Too much politics inside the company. The CEO walks in and fires people just like that. No Manager/Director has properly got relieved from that company. They all got fired by the management. Too much discrimination between Indians and Europeans. Don't ever work for this company.

Amazing company with a very humble, down to earth VP and CEO. The best thing about T2S is its growth opportunities at all levels and the pay scale is way above most BPOs in India. No car parking for employees. It's only available for managers. Othere than that everything is awesome.

Abuhafs our VP is something I like about T2S. It's dress code and their helpful nature in providing free quality food. Charity and gesture of Good will acts towards the needful is something awesome that I have winessed. The cash prize and quick treats are something cool. Good incentive with unrealistic target ( few still earn without C -smart goals). Birthday gifts, marriage gifts are very cool.

T2S as a company has an amazing product which is making good progress in the market however it's Ethics and integrity does not allow the process to be structured. Not one director or manager's farwell have I witnessed in my tenure. At times I wonder if this company is registered legally.(Imagination might be running wild as my COO the founder is updated as IT consultant in these sites.) Motto : Hire and 🔥

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
