Stress and useless pressure on faculties.Repeated clerical work is dumped on teachers.Teaching is given last priority.

There are no positives in Admin department of T.John. Everything is negative. The people, the behaviour, the work and entire atmosphere. If you wish to work as slave , and wanna live in a jail. Then welcome to T.John. It's a one man rule that happens here. You are supposed to work over time with being underpaid and no appraisal. You are just a slave of your boss.

Dislikes

If you are joining in this institution and in admin department, be ready to showcase your personal life and space to your boss. Your boss will decide whom you need to talk and what you need to do. Be ready to exhibit your personal life and relationships to your boss. No mingling with colleagues. Work overtime Body shaming. Judgemental No lunch hour and no lunch or food on many days if you are directly under admin. Suffer suffer and you will be traumatized if you just commit a single mistake. Also, you supposed to be a part and also support your boss's illicit relationship. And you will be threatened to be thrown away not just from the organisation but also from the locality you are staying. Threatening also is a part of this department. Welcome , if any of you wish to be a slave and likes to live in a jail. Feeling happy and relieved that I got a chance to come out from that hell. Thank you.
