A campus with Lot's of infrastructure.

Dislikes

...st priority. Unwanted and repeated work distribution. Unethical work cultural. No fixed date for salary distribution. No CL, EL Increments. If you are one minute late to punch half day salary is gone. If you failed to update students attendance online your salary will be blocked.(a system you will never find anywhere) Securities and Bouncers have more acting power over everything. They remove faculty with out any prior information. They take 10000 from your salary from the first salary. There is no transparency in HR policies.

the college where I was employed provided an excellent working environment. It was characterized by supportive colleafues who actively contributed to persoanl growth and development. Additionally, the management was highly encouraging and offered valubable support for research endeavors.

the documentation work which was done repetadly in diffrent formates

The college has a good infrastructure and good facilities. But the principal is an inefficient person who ruins the full college. the college has a lot of potential to grow, but due to the poor HR policies it is spoiled. they never value learned qualified teachers. they retain staffs who are ready to bootlick them. The MD Thomas John is a good man with good intention of bringing up the college. But the HR dept and especially a man in the top HR, tries to control everything and destroys the college.

- Inefficient unprofessional good for nothing principal. - Poor HR policies. - Very poor staff care... - Students are valued better than teachers. teachers are just slave over there. - the greatest qualification needed is to butter the principal, and the HR.

HAVING best resources ...but they are not utilizing that. Principal (up to december 2020) is not a worthy person... but now some new person has been appointed.. don know abt him. I am telling about old principal..

3 PEOPLE WHO WORKED FOR MORE THAN A DECADE IN T.JOHN COLLEGE HAD SPOILED THE COLLEGE ATMOSPHERE THEY ARE SURESH DIRECTOR OF HOTEL MGT, SIKHA TIWARI, PRINCIPAL AND CAMPUS ADMINISTRATOR MR.ROY. FEW MALYALIS ARE HAVING MONOPOLY IN THE CAMPUS WHERE CHAIRMAN SIR DR,P. THOMAS JOHN IS NOT AWARE ABOUT THE INSIDE POLITICS GOING IN THE CAMPUS.
