Company good but management not good and not supportable and they want all employee work there on minimum salary no incentive and no any growth

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is very low career growth is very slow

constant pressure to meet sales targets, long hours due to client demands, dealing with difficult clients, managing complex client needs, feeling like a "salesperson" rather than a trusted advisor, high levels of administrative work, and the potential for burnout from the constant need to maintain and nurture client

Nothing but terrible. Please do not consider working for this organization.

Dislikes

The Dealer Principal and the Top Management are always expecting target achievement without giving any support. If in case you miss the target, get ready for huge penalties from your salaries. They don't even spare the technicians.

Very helpful staff. There is safe job when you performing with honestly. Sallery will come before 10 days of month. Work environment is so good there. Good insentive scheme also.
