Good working environment,Team coordinator supporting ang guide in safe working during covid- 19 lockdown.company policies are very effective for employees, they are working with out any tension. Employees are getting good salaries regularly.

...pany policies are very good.we do not feel any problem during my working period.As a Retired Executive Engineer, we do not feel any problem in getting salary in time. I feel proud as employ of the company.

Good work culture.Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.Salary is good.The discipline needs to be improved in field staff as well as controlling official to achieve targets for that every staff of field unit should follow the time management

Everything is good but discipline needs to be improved and every field staff should be more careful to come in time at site so that maximum output can be achieved.

In systra if client is complaint to any one the systra company will terminate that person. Why you should be trust on client. Thats not good in systra company. Increments and benifits are very poor

Before joining -HR's salary negotiation. After joining - 1. Could ask for area of interest to work. 2. 15 days KT Program on design methodology being done here. 3. SHould conduct Culturals , sports day , women's day, events like other MNC does.

On the job training is not given to new joinees, Career Growth is slow
