No Scope of Learning Still makes sure if you are going to be a part of the PMT department over there never opt for a DERMA segment (Ortho, Gyne & Physician are other options). Reporting manager in Derma "VKP" doesn't know anything about marketing, Basically, he is blank and lost.

...culture. Teammates and seniors are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

If u get late by 1 min it means you are absent 😀 rest is ok

You can learn as a fresher very good opportunity, but gain expirence for 2 year.More than 2 year will be waste because of slow growth and no increment in salary.
