... is no training whatsoever. You have to figure it out everything on your own. Salary in pennies. No appreciation. Only 2-3 people who are working since 8-10 years are the decision maker. They are willing to change the entire staff every year instead of appraisal. Make you feel worthless, even when your content is making in Top Three in every keyword. It's a Fraud company, you will realise in the long run.

What I like about SysTools is that there is so much to learn to start a career in the Digital world.

...ompany is not good. The work management and work culture are also not very good. If I talk about the salary hike then I have no words because they give you a very low amount according to your working capacity. Moreover, Also, the office environment is harsh, you can't even talk to your colleagues for a minute. Also, if any incident happens to you and you need to work from home then the company management doesn't understand your problem.

If ur going for tea in canteen personally they track u how much time u have spend in canteen Etc.If any body wants spoil their career they can happly join the systools.

I've been working at SysTools for the past six months, and it's been a positive experience overall. The management team, including our founder Mr. Anuraag, is very approachable and genuinely cares about the well-being and growth of the employees. Whether you're new or experienced, he's always willing to offer support, which makes a big difference. My team lead, Mr. Ravindra, has also been incredibly helpful and patient, guiding me through challenges and ensuring I’m always on the right track. I appreciate the supportive environment here and look forward to continuing to grow with the company.
