Unlike whatever the previous employees had told me, my experience was really good while working with Mr Rahul Khandelwal and our team. He is a very logical person who ensures there is no gap of communication within our team or the teams interacting with us. We all are trying to bring some serious changes in our traditional visibility and are getting really good support for it. People are understanding and treat you as a family when it comes to health issues. I was detected with COVID twice and the entire team including our boss was very supportive. It is good a company to gather stability in life, just work well and things will fall in place. The colleagues from other teams are also very supportive.

There are few heads from other departments who aren't punctual about their work which affects our content generation timelines. But again Mr Khandelwal helps us build it together as a team.

It ruined my career. Just Imagine an experienced and good Analyst's career can also be ruined. Don't ever take a job at Systematix. Rajeev Bajaj (VP) played Politics and made me his scapegoat and Sunil Sarda is a well known insider information based trader who doesn't know how to operate MS Excel. Moreover, employees are literally abused by CEO even without any wrongdoings, and when they resign, the management won't admit that they shouldn't have used abusive words, instead they are asked to be retained by offering a small hike. If u don't have a bit of self respect, this is a stable good for nothing place to work. Overall, the Management enjoys abusing employees and treating them like as if they are some streetrats. Only those employees give Any positive review of Systematix who are incompetent and know that buttering the management is their only skill.

No Learning of use but learning of Politics, treatment like a houseslave, all investment decisions are based upon Insider information (SEBI should investigate Sunil Sarda call logs), No research only talking, No Corporate Management Access. Overall, I made a wrong decision to join Systematix, and it ruined my career.

I was being interviewed & got selected but the people's are too rude & unprofessional behaviour shown by Smita.

Dislikes

In this company people's are don't know how to talk with the candidates & I will never join such type of organisations who don't know how to communicate with candidate & behaviour also was pathetic. I will never recommend anyone for this company to work

Apart from colleagues nothing else was good here. The staff is badly ill treated by the person heading the department named Sunil Sarda. He will abuse you and eventually its like a slow death over here. You will lose your self confidence with this third degree mental torture. Everyone here have horrible stories to share. Attrition is at record level here. People leave from here within 6 months whoever is under him. Even during peak covid people were asked to come and this was only in this department as he used to believe that wfh means time pass. No trust on employees. The institutional desk headed by Nikhil is good but pls avoid the pms headed by Sunil Sarda. He is the most egoistic person I have ever seen in my life with the worst leadership skills Please do not join!!!
