Vinay Ratan Arora and his fake Ego COO's ego is the superior, even if he's is wrong and you're right and when everyone knows about it. If he tells you to do wrong ,you should ,you can't aay "it's wrong ". If you fit in one of their group ,than it's ok, otherwise, you'll be targeted at every point.
