- Good salary compensation wrt Indore - Good for freshers - free evening snacks, medical insurance

There isn’t much to like about this company excepting for the fact that they work on some of the latest technologies in some projects and kudos to the clients who work with them

... they wasted my one month + 10 days ( time between offer release and joining ) . I joined this company any how after a reduced compensation and a demoted role on Jan 6th and on Jan 16th they informed me that they were unable to find the alignment and hence terminating the role . Sounds unbelievable but it’s true .. I wrote the complete details of the feedback on Glassdoor and their no- culture HR team responded to me on Glassdoor putting things like “ I was unemployed during the time they employed me and thought of giving me a chance , seriously ? In a way it’s true actually , I was unemployed and hence I had even interaction with company like Systango Technologies , true ! Any ways time comes back to you with the same treatment what you serve to others , so let’s wait for time and see ..

...don the infrastructure is terrible. 2. Recruitment process is extremely bad. 3. Salary structure (promise something else and give something else) 4. What is with activity tracking every 10 mins? 5. 12 hours shift from 9am to 9pm leads to "no life"

The Fire you any time with a single-day notice period! 1. Ego stick manager. With No experience skills, they will guide you on writing React, Node. (Chaplusi Manager) 2. 5 years of experience will be your Lead + Architected because of only good English. When you ask any technical question, they tell you please search on chatGPT. 3. They suddenly change their policy. 4. HR team is horrible. Always in attitude 5. Mircromanagment + Tracker 6. 9 to 12 years of good experience developers are working in SDE2 and SDE3 positions and buttering employees become Architected. And so many things is here......
