... Security is not so good. But Work culture and company policies are good enough. Salary is very poor but its on time. It's a good platform to learn something new...

Very poor salary and very poor conveyance rates. DA is also very terrible. Poor quality of spare parts are provided to the customer. Which in result, device issue arises within a short period. And its very difficult to handle the customer in such cases.

All the reason why I never want to appriciate this company because I am working since 3 year and m still working in same salary and new people are coming with low experience and getting high salary more than me. There don't have any procedure to increase employee salary. If you will ask for increament they say we can't increase bcoz project is in lose so you can work in same salary or your can resingn So I recommend to people if you want to grow up please be away from sysnet

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow .on the job training is not given to new joiners

High expectations. Less commitment compleated,They deducting money for bonus but they are not giving any bonus. Overall if I rate company is average.
