No growth, No promotion, Rules are like all bad rules conbined from different company, Attrition rate very high, No work life Balance, huge documentation, too much micro mamagement, HR department is useless.

Dislikes

Salary & Appraisal system is poor compared to other companies in same industry. Work environment is not good, feel like having continuous pressure. Can't talk freely to anyone in the company. Lot of politics goes on and we are not aware of it. No work life balance here as we are doing work from home even we are on leave.
