Poor and micro management, salary and career growth very slow for beginners, your job depends on your manager, HR persons are only for the name, they have nothing in their hand, puppet of managers.

I am fully interested in this company and I achieve excellency, experience and knowledge of warehouse but I am not satisfied to salary and job profile so I am working as a warehouse operator more than 5 year. But I am graduate and 1 year computer diploma and 5 year working in store so now i want to achieve and improve self confidance , position and a team leadership. I worked in Syscom last 5 year contract roll and December 2017 to current company roll.

Syscom provide to u timely salary,very deciplaind, canteen facilities, good madical facilities,supportive HR ,

No convenience facilities, promotion periods very long , avarage incriminate 8% (max 12% to 2%min)

It gives you ample of opportunities to explore your domain learn new things. Good & minimum process, Senior management is approachable and very helpful.

Dislikes

They can more work on compensation part and can emphasis more on team dynamics because nothing wrong is going from top level things get tempered from team level which need to be addressed. Along with this business travel option can also be think over because somewhere they are giving a satisfaction to employee.

I only liked the team bonding's & plannings for sprints. As a company I found the infrastructure well & good.

Dislikes

No job security, No new learning unless you do the complete task, Micro-managing things by managers, Far lagging behind technology, Dirty Politics, Interfering every now & then, Some crazies even work on Saturdays & Sundays
