i learnt lot of things in this office all are working starting level to ending level each and every one know what are all the projects there how to manage issues , but office timing is depends on projects mostly we are extend and support the projects.

extend office timing and most of the time support Saturday also salary low hike and promotions delay

While I enjoy many aspects of working at SysArc Infomatix, one area for improvement could be communication between departments. Sometimes, delays in information sharing can impact project timelines. I believe implementing more streamlined processes or regular cross-department meetings could address this effectively."

At the same I joined I had many enthusiastic and experienced team members who joined along with me which was a blessing as all the newbies to the company had great team spirit and we exchanged knowledge on those areas where needed the most

Dislikes

Over a period of time, support from the management started reducing without which facing the client with a firm answer became very difficult, I could manage till what my powers could do then management had to take viral decisions which lagged because of which reputation with the client had come down for the company

HR’s are good supportive and understand our concerns.

Dislikes

Shift timing is not good, sometimes we have to work on sat - sun also and they won’t pay for night shift or weakened support, they will only provide comp off.

Small two floor building but very culturable and funs to make. Free lunch even the delegates eat at pantry only its pure veg food. started my career as developer in latest technology and seniors guided us very well. They make poojas for auspicious day at office.

No decent hikes No work life balance
