I liked the office and the work culture of departments except the TA and Operations team
Dislikes
The compensation was bad, did not receive complete salary and the TA team was very unprofessional. I was forced to work beyond my working hours and was also forced to work from home. I came across a lot of false entries and was made to work beyond the working hours. I did not receive my incentives too. The attitude of the team was worse than what we expect from corporates. Highly manipulative director of TA.

Right-minded people working together with the same motivation to develop and deliver. A group of very highly skilled people up for the job to deliver better day in day out.
Recently due to the pandemic, downsizing was a problem, which I did not like about Synup, and also excess hiring of people last year out of the scope was something I think was not required.
