Worst working culture and management. Castism and lots of politics in the company.

Worst culture and management. Management supports only one cast other than that cast people No one can work there. MD is a big psycho.

i am joined 03.03.2003 as a Assistant now i am working as a Deputy Manager i have learned and gained lot of things from our HoDs and management. now we are training those who joined in junior level its the good opportunity to do job in synthokem.

Bcoz..in pharmaceutical industry...there is not any types of effects of covid pandemic..bcoz life is based upon it..so...in this company...ur job is secured...if u r employee's

everything there is very worst. the management and the managers are all fit for nothing . there are people staying there for more than 10-15 years doing nothing and even the management supports these kind of people .the only people who can grow there are people who doesnt know anything . The co workers are also of jealousy types they keep crying if any one gets benefitted .worst place i have ever worked
