...ll not even give you a full notice period the way they expect from the employee. Salary is also not as good as it should be. In my opinion people should stop working on third party payroll and force all companies to hire people directly.

This is the best place to do challenging works And no one is teach you to do like this do like this. Your own decisions and perfect decision taking is need. And every one is encourage if u want involve in any work.

There are recruiting us on contract basis. If the contract is completed they will ask to resign ourselves or if they pay 35% of salary out of 100%

...s career growth , any certification reimbursement or anything similar to this. Compensation is very less and incremental cycle is even worse.

The company is open to innovation. I love the fact that I was a part of a team that had enthusiastic members and had a PAN India client base. As a result, I got a chance to travel to Mumbai. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we worked happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.
