There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow this company not for engineer only for labor

I am working in production department as a engineer, I like the working environment in here , most of people helpful for our colleagues and sharing knowledge. My supportive and senior member encouraging me and always support me.

In this compny is high product development.& I live the fact that i am a part of a team yhat market realiable high quality. Compny nature is good.

In this compny growth is slow. Work pressure is high im 8 hours working in compny.

Sir, I like synnova company because it's goal to achieve the target anyhow,and we give company to achieve the target,I'm happy with my salary.as well as accomodation, work environment etc.

I don't like that employees who belong from Rajkot because their behaviour not good in front of that employees who are from state. That policy not good for company

Work culture is very good.You can learn each and everything you want in company irrespective of your department.

At one stage each and every employee want high raise and great position so in my opinion i haven't anything that i don't like about synnova.
