No work life balance. Every day has its own beginning. Sales , Liquidation & collection...that's all. In daytime sales person do sales in field & in night he used to do same business in dream. Very dirty politics. Deserving candidates are always get the kick , and sycophant's job is not only secured but also he will grow rapidly. Job of the HR is just to appoint an employee. They will never listen the problems of employee & forget they will sought out it. Higher management is only concerned about the budget numbers, they don't care who the hell will bring that. They don't think for a second to fire you. Emotion less fellows. No humanity , No employee friendly atmosphere. Yes , self respect less person can survive well at this company.

I want to say that job security is well and work culture is very good.syngenta gives a higher class training to all supportive employees and chennel partners of business.

There is work environment is very good. Training and crop leaning according season are timely. In covid 19 pandemic time company distribute food packet for famer. I am satisfied work with syngenta.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
