No much negative points. Salary hike is good but apperesel is partiality. No festival bonus.

Policies are very good, culture is very good and respect from others we can expect which one is not in other companies. Celebrating festivals, conduting competitions, quitz are very good.

Work culture is better than competitors. Junior scientists can learn and grow.

The exploitation in terms of compensation and botched appraisal is pathetic. For a single position appraisal ranges from 3% to 20%. Doesn't it question the hiring criteria for the company?

It's a very good place for freshers to learn new things and build their career. Work culture is pretty good. Work timings are really flexible which is actually helpful.

Starting pay for a MSc passout is less. Slow growth in terms of pay.

Flexibility of working hours but you will loose shift allowance with restricted time log. Good platform to learn & operate advance equipments but later monotonous life.

Dislikes

Salary structure is highly biased and no uniform slab for experienced employee. Poor management culture and policies which sucks your hard earned money. No benefits for employee rather company eats employee money in terms of STI and pleasure leaves encashment policies.
