Pathetic organisation I would say. There is no positive one can think of: 1. Salary never gets credited on time. May take 2-3 months or even more. One has to remind management everytime that they have forgotten if there is something called salary that the employees deserve. 2. No financial growth ( now employees doubt if this company knows anything about financial growth). 3. No performance bonus 4. Nothing like insurance , medical benefit etc. And despite all that management wants people to deliver quality (without all the above), spend their all time working for this company. Really no vision.

There is nothing that I can mention here that anyone likes about Synergy Technofin. I am yet to meet any people who would mention any point that they liked about the company.

Dislikes

There are numerous. Confused leadership, lack of clarity in setting priorities, behaviour with staff, unnecessary work pressure and many more.
