Great work culture. The bosses have been kind, understanding and open to ideas. It's not like a boss-employee relationship rather professional peer relationship. They make you feel comfortable while working. So great experience to work on and the employees come out having vast expertise on various domains. That's the level of projects we got from the company.

Lack of basic facilities consideration - such as Cold water, Congested working Place, Single washroom for 80 working Staff from Office. Overreaching Policies - Personal Calls, even during break in the pantry, were considered non compliant - and JR can hear your call and raise any weird complaint without any proper understanding ( experienced on 2 day) Toxic WorkPlace Politics - Junior Employee escalated matter without Proper understanding and instead of resolving misunderstanding, HR dismissed concern and suggests that employee who raise such issues are not a fit for the organization (basically Jr Employee can decide your competency) Final Verdict - If you want to work in prison please proceed, in every sec you are getting tracked by multiple level(Different Headache) - firstly HR, System has 1 minute Idle time where you have to enter reason if you haven't moved your curser(Mouse) - if accepted than ok or else you have to working on Saturday to complete your productive hours
