very good manufacturing industry.. there is a lot of scope for learning. very friendly colleagues and bosses at shop floor. i had a vast experience at maintenance of electrical equips. learnt lot of technology on latest electrical equipment's. very flexible timings. most important Liked thing at Synergies is HELPING HANDS. PERSONALLY OR PROFESSIONALLY ANY ONE HAVING HAVING TROUBLE , THE MANAGEMENT WILL RESPONDS IMMIDIATLY. very great i have never seen.. a big bow to all SYNERGITIES

Myself, I like to work CNC Operator because I study that topic But there company give me to work paintline I don't interested that work. There security good. But work culture, management, and company policies are very very poor. some people's are not responsible to the worker. I can't tell that topic.

I dislike about working at synergies that loading, unloading issues. Salary is not coming properly. But work so hard in there company.

This company adopts innovation and latest technologies very fast. I am a part of team projects and maintenance and has involved all tasks executed in person, as a result i get travel abroad, especially OMAN and China locations.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow..the work pressure is very high. There is on-job training for freshers and i am really enjoyed a lot to guide them step by step.

...the invoice used by the vendors and dont pay the vendors for more than 6 months. Procurement people job is to keep giving excuses, else our salary too will stop. If the vendor stops supplying or threaten legal action, they ask us to look for a new vendor to defraud again. This is a fraud company. If you are a fraudster, your skills will be highly appreciated here. Future vendors of this company, beware.
