One of the worst organisations to work where talent is measured indirectly proportional to the salary. Less your salary, more talented you are. They can compare you with the gatekeeper too without any logical reasons and demand at least 12 hours of work everyday. They may ask you to leave home at 5 am and go back after 9 pm without giving any over-time payment. For them, SOPs and ethics have no value while they give more importance to truck drivers who are always late in delivering goods. There are so many flaws which can't be explained. Everyday they cancel old policies and create new ones and policies are created by sharing blogs written online. There is no legal framework for policies and ask admin people to makes sales.

This company is very good, its environment is very good. The behavior of everyone in the company is very good. The facilities are very good, I will be ready to work in the company whenever I get a chance.
