Less job security Work culture is not that good. Extremely impatient Director... When they have projects they hire employees & when don't they fire them by finding points against them Even female are treated badly... Mental Harassment of employees. Directors are very egoistic, they applied all sam , dam ,dand ,bhed , chal , kapat niti to get their work done.. If employe don't work like they want they abuses them .... Extremely high employee turnover rate ... Very high politics ... Very very toxic environment.... Director are fraud & very cheap..... Agar employee unki company chodate hai and directors ko pata chalta hai to vo us company me call karke employee ki image ko jan bhuzkar kharab karte hai.... Main director has a violent temper.... Before joining this company please contact previous employees , ask about their experiences then only take decision to ruin your life....... Working Hours - Monday to Saturday 9.30 to 7.30 Manytimes Sunday also working...
