... was very good. Got many opportunities to learn and to grow and to prove myself. The work culture, work life balance, teammates everything is very good along with the salary.

I wish, synechron will open it's more branches in other major cities of India and improve in terms of job security.

Starting salary is good. Management is good and supportive.

Dislikes

1. Projects are very poor in terms of technologies and development. 2. Most of the projects are related to support, enhancement and follow-ups. 3. Client doesn't respect the employees.

They will give you Salary whatever you demand but later there is no internal hike as such. So while joining you should demand higher

No Job security at all. Most of the projects are short term. If you don't have Project. 45 days Bench and then terminated. In that 45 days also, they line up interviews which do not match your skills just to count the no. Of interviews you have given and still not selected. And then make it a reason of termination

...ill terminate you in 45 days. Even if they want they will do before 45 days too. Salary hike will be based on client's review only.

Nothing such as dislike because , things which i didn’t like is from client side. like no work life balance and unnecessary pressure, no job security.
