There is zero security and many employees lived in constant fear of losing their jobs. Under such circumstances , how can we expect employees to perform effectively? 6. The company provides a joining kit, including items like T-shirts and bags, for promotional purposes, so there's no need to be overly excited about receiving it 7. At Synechron, there is 45 days bench period during which many fake interview calls are conducted, and there is no feedback provided after the interviews 8. It's very difficult for employees to survive even six months, yet Associate director and Directors have been with the company for 15 to 20 years. This stark contrast clearly shows that the rules are not same for everyone

Good pay and other benefits. Basically it all depends on Project and team.

Dislikes

Projects are very short term here. After your project is over, it becomes little risky to get in to the new projects. My experience with one of the client has been very pathetic no work life balance here always pressurized. But this is not the case with all the projects some of the projects are very good.

Starting salary is good. Management is good and supportive.

Dislikes

1. Projects are very poor in terms of technologies and development. 2. Most of the projects are related to support, enhancement and follow-ups. 3. Client doesn't respect the employees.

They will give you Salary whatever you demand but later there is no internal hike as such. So while joining you should demand higher

No Job security at all. Most of the projects are short term. If you don't have Project. 45 days Bench and then terminated. In that 45 days also, they line up interviews which do not match your skills just to count the no. Of interviews you have given and still not selected. And then make it a reason of termination

...ill terminate you in 45 days. Even if they want they will do before 45 days too. Salary hike will be based on client's review only.
