No Job Security at all for anyone No Projects to get assigned i had only 14 days on the Bench then they told me to resign ( good thing they give you 3 month salary after 45 days of resignation ) its very sad for people with EMI's and responsibilities to join company like this. and before signing joining letter please read it in relax , they wont give you offer letter until 10 am on joining date

What is the use of all other benefits, if you don't have job security, for 4 years i got a excellent rating, client project got ramped down, 2 weeks into bench, they asked me to put a resignation. I believe this is not a good thing to do.

Starting salary is good. Management is good and supportive.

Dislikes

1. Projects are very poor in terms of technologies and development. 2. Most of the projects are related to support, enhancement and follow-ups. 3. Client doesn't respect the employees.

1.Salary is fixed part 2.Yearly increment is good as compared other service base company 3.Good Cab facility 4.Good budget for certification and udemy access 5.Spend huge amount in training 6.most of cash rich client specially banking client 7. Synechron Manager are reachable and helpful 8.Gratuity is given from company not from payment

1.Leaves are only 22 and +10 holiday 2.Office(Phase 3) is far away from city.

They will give you Salary whatever you demand but later there is no internal hike as such. So while joining you should demand higher

No Job security at all. Most of the projects are short term. If you don't have Project. 45 days Bench and then terminated. In that 45 days also, they line up interviews which do not match your skills just to count the no. Of interviews you have given and still not selected. And then make it a reason of termination
