1. Projects are very poor in terms of technologies and development. 2. Most of the projects are related to support, enhancement and follow-ups. 3. Client doesn't respect the employees.

They will give you Salary whatever you demand but later there is no internal hike as such. So while joining you should demand higher

No Job security at all. Most of the projects are short term. If you don't have Project. 45 days Bench and then terminated. In that 45 days also, they line up interviews which do not match your skills just to count the no. Of interviews you have given and still not selected. And then make it a reason of termination

Okayish job security, they don't directly fire people, provide initial help needed to settle down in a new place country.

... need support at night or weekend or even at new year. Old mentality management Very low salary or compensation as compared to market competition. People with No skills are Managing the people with skills.

1. hire and fire policy 2. As soon as project if completed there are high chances that you will be out of the organization. 3. Very less hike on a appraisal.

Only salary they offer at the time joining is good, after that you are on your own and get habitual for roller coaster ride daily.

...s level, which is not good, Associate Director is treated like Team Lead here. No salary standards, Associate designation folks are paid more that Lead designation in same project.
