Well...i chose the company as i wanted to learn things irrespective of what salary i get.This doesn't mean that i am not getting a good package...Infact i am getting 6figure salary like every other engineer but what pros i would like to share about the company is that you will get ample amount of opportunities to work and learn here and moreover, people guide you here whole heartedly. Tasks are most of the time planned for the day and gladly there is no dacing on your head kind of culture here.

Likewise, a coin has two faces similarly with every pro, there comes a con as well. The company is good in terms of learning but little will you find work life balance here. Compensation and benefits are good, everybody treats you nicely but when it comes to work, you might have to stay back to finish your assigned work for the day or some extra work as well depending on how close the deadline is.

...you the termination letter for no reason. and top of it will not pick your call. When I ask for a salary they say that we will check the laptop first. Everybody was aware of it that I never take a laptop home, and they break the drawer took the laptop, and have not cleared my salary till now. They can stoop low to any level to make people believe they are good.

... to the HR Manager, she said you will not get leaves as you don't have any left. Despite the employee is ready to deduct the leaves from Salary, she didn't approve the leaves. She always has one answer. Let me get back to you once I discuss with management and believe me she never takes those situations/complaints to management. I was the biggest hurdle because I was in favor of employees which I recruited for 2 years with them so she very smartly managed to convince management to terminate me. Not their fault, they should be intelligent enough to understand her game. where she wants to be the boss (she actually is as the management don't use their mind).

The company is open to ideas and really adopts latest technology. Company has global presence and I am delighted to be part of. Syncrasy gives equal opportunity to everyone, in terms of growth and learning. Here I have learned a lot and miles to go. Company policy is employee centric and the Management is something I can vouch for. CEO and CTO meet people personally to understand and gauge their issues if any. Work culture is something I relish here, it is cultivated by the employees. In the end I would say that I feel secure and satisfied in Syncrasy.

I am working with Syncrasytech past 1 year and would just say that this is a fabulous company to work with and has excellent work culture and workspace, which helps in nurturing the skills and the competencies, finally leading to career growth. The Company has abundance of talented and skilled employees. The Company is open to innovation and adapts latest technology, thanks to our Management and the teammates who are open to learning new technologies. Training is one of the important aspects which I like personally, be it technical or non-technical training. Work hours are flexible and Company policies are employee centric. In the pandemic situation of COVID-19, Syncrasytech has supported it's staff with regular and full salaries. Our IT support team is readily available to support the staff working from home as and when required. HR Manager is actively involved in recruitment to fulfil all the resource requirement, whenever raised by the Management.
