If your work8ng good and everything is going good no one will appreciate..as you left the job your salary will be hold and many thing will come in front of you which have never think about it.

.... there is a a hug cafeteria and gaming for chilling. Company policies are good. appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is Descent but career growth is slow. there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to news joinees.

No increment, No promotion, No Bonus. Company was running nice but now new HR Head (Sunil kumari) is ruining company's culture. She is very arrogant. She don't have even manner how to talk to a employee. She like to harass employees without any reason. Employees are leaving the company and she is the only reason behind that. Recommended not to join.

Likes

I worked in the company for almost 9 years. That was my first job in the corporate sector. My experience was very good, especially with the owner of the company, he is a very good person, I have learnt a lot from him which is still useful in my working life.

Dislikes

I was getting timely salary hike and promotion, that's why I was able to work there for such a long time. There is nothing for me that I don't like.

The staff in synchronized are almost young because of this it becomes very easy to become a familiar with each other and in synchronized people listen your new idea and implement also and a good learing one can get from this company .

A little bit salary structure of an increment and nothing else.
